Sifting through the massive trees of directories on my workstations, typically, leaves me overwelmed with more data and projects than I know what to do with. After digging through numerous old folders that had not been modified since late two thousand and five, I recognized a folder named posters. Its contents were a quick reminder as to what I had done to cheer up a friend.

I’m sure everyone has visited the fuel pump over the past month and said, holy mother of sweet Pete, gas is up again! Personally, I’ve had to visit the fuel pump a few times over the past few weeks, in this country and in another. Fuel costs have definitely risen over the past year and the odds of the $1 mark ever hitting our local fuel stations marques is very, if anything, dim as that new planet outside of Pluto.

Lately I haven’t had much time to really spend alone. I enjoy my single life, my life without worry and stress, however, I don’t get to really appreciate it often because I am typically busy doing something. Today is a day when I have been able to hang out and do whatever I wanted. I am happy, enthusiastic and at the same time a bit bored.

Yesterday afternoon, Shannon, Jon, Felicia, Cullin, Kailyn and myself all left for Okuma, Japan. We made a stop at Kadena Marina so I could get my two air cylinders filled and pickup two additonal tanks. Once my tanks were topped off we headed off onto the open road. What we originally thought was going to be an open road, actually turned out to be a traffic nightmare! I hopped out of the Toyota Town Ace and smoked a cigarette while walking. To my suprise, my slow stroll with a cigarette was more than five times the pace the van was originally moving at. Traffic was nearly entirely stopped.

It seems quite awkward to celebrate the same holiday only 364 days from the previous celebration.  Being a day ahead of the United States has been extremely difficult to get used to.  The time difference is a major headache in communication.  I have projects I am trying to work on, such as Insourced Security’s new website and various other applications I’m working on, and time messes with me.  When it is midnight here, it is 10am the previous day there, its weird!

The past three days of my life have been spent in, around or above an extraordinary about of water. I have seen squid, jellyfish, angelfish, sea-horeses, whale sharks and craptons of coral! I am, by no means, whatsoever, stating that I am not enjoying my time around the water, however, I will admit I am extremely waterlogged.
