Sitting back and thinking about, merely remembering all of the events that took place in my life during the time I have been twenty two is phenomenal. My mind is at ease, quite happy and at the same time a little stressed. To turn twenty three means that I am well into my twenties. Two months ago my good buddy Scott aged one more year and hit 23 but he was more along the lines of feeling old. I’m quite the opposite.
My 22 years of life have been quite interesting, mostly in my adult years. Let me focus on the past 364 days of my life and explain just what all happened in the 22nd year of my life. These events are not in chronological order — however they are pretty close to this order.. I think.
That list is most of the big events that occured. I’m positive there are some I have forgotten, slipped through my memory or just plain blocked out. But for the most part, thats it. Being 22 was alot of fun. As much as I thought it was a bad year, I can’t say it really was. I’m looking forward to 23 alot! Hopefully it is at least 10% as interesting as 22 has been!
In celebration of my 23rd Birthday, a gathering has been planned at the 71st Depot. The chosen spot is located on the Southwest corner of 71st and Mingo behind that new Mattress King they are building. I’m going to arrive somewhere between 9pm and 10pm I believe, depending on whatever else that is going on first is done. The guys from the Usual Suspects will be jamming out and it should be a great amount of fun!
Anyone and everyone is invited. The back half of the bar has been reserved, but I think we’re going to move up front onto the “top deck” area. Its closer to the band and it will be a great time. Bring yourself, your friends and money to buy me a shot! Just kidding, I don’t drink..
Just kidding again! Okay so come out, have fun and I’ll hopefully see everyone there.

1I wouldn’t say I felt or feel old… But each year does make me think about things a lot more. I can’t wait to celebrate your birthday with you tomorrow night. Who’s your new friend? I never get to meet your friends *tear*
