Modifying even the slightest thing in your attitude and keeping it up can not only create you a "good" habit, but often (like you described) change the lives of those you come in contact with daily. Even that small, simple smile given to someone might be just what they needed to get through the day.

					<description>My main change that I am  making now that I'm 23 is to wake up early enough to make coffee every day. That way I know I won't be too rushed. I hate being rushed, and I like making plans.</description>

I remember listening to a motivational seminar by Anthony Robbins and he says that improving 1% a day will add up over a year.  That's 1.01 to the power of 365!  That's over 37 times your original capacity!  Keep it up!</description>
