Its a great coincidence that I am reviewing this company, because I ordered an item from them not too long ago. I had an immediate issue after placing my order; I wanted to change artwork. Their support department or staff agent contact me immediately following my initial inquiry and assisted me. Her name was ‘Karen’ and she was extremely helpful. Upon meeting my needs and informing me of my available options, I chose to not modify my order and Karen processed it as originally intended.

The quality of their products, if anywhere near their personable support, is superior. They hand etch and sand-blast every item to order and take great care of their items. They require vector-based artwork such as Adobe Illustrator .AI files for the artwork they etch onto glass. This is wonderful because they pay attention to detail.

Their website is pretty straight forward and easy to get around. My only complaint is that I am not a fan of all the images around the header and what-not. But that is only my opinion, I’m not saying their site is by any means bad.
