Entering my third month as a non-smoker is quite exciting. However, I now believe it is time for me to pick up the pace and really get my teeth back to a healthy shade of white. I visited my dentist today and picked up Opalescence Mint Tres Whitening Kit. My dentist said that it is the best Over-the-counter solution available and that I should definitely give it a go-round.
I’m not sure what my current tooth shade is, however, I am going to take some photographs for my own personal records and track the whitening process over all 10 days. I’m hoping to see a pretty dramatic improvement and since I no longer smoke, and I drink less and less coffee each day; it should rock!
The kit cost me $70.00 plus applicable taxes, which seems a bit expensive over the alternatives like crest and rembrandt. Although, my dentist has never lead me wrong in the past; I trust his recommendation. I’ll let everyone know how it turns out. Wish me luck.
Whitening your teeth has never been easier. Treswhite’s innovative preloaded whitening trays are simply inserted onto your teeth for a comfortable fit. The thing membrane tray adheres to the teeth and remains securely in place for the 60 minute wear time. Yes, only 60 minutes, once a day. It’s that easy.
Brighter, healthier, whiter smile.. here I come!

1Mmm, interesting. I’ve never been a smoker myself but there was a time when I came very addicted to drinking too much coffee. They are not shaddy but they are also not as bright as they use to be.
I was considering getting them brighten as well but through Britesmile procedure. I know it’s pricey but if I can spend money on traveling to Paris, there’s no reason as to why I can’t spend some on myself.

2Interesting. I’ve been a smoker for quite some time and just recently noticed what a horrible effect its starting to have on my teeth. Maybe its time to look at options as far as teeth whitening go.
